Position Overview:

We are looking for an (experienced) technical Consultant with broad IT Integration Know-How (Business-to-Business) and energy to strengthen our International Consulting team. You will work with our large-account customers and will participate in the post-sales phase, implementing the proposed solutions.

Working Location:

Based in Shanghai. Up to 30% business travels within Mainland China.

Responsibilities:

Work together with consulting team with following responsibilities:

1. Support the sales teams during presales activities in the scope of B2B/EAI/EDI, incl. solution design, demonstration, proof of concepts, etc.

2. Project implementation incl. mapping/process development, deployment of SEEBURGER B2B/EAI/EDI products

3. Customer training & support, technical trouble-shooting

4. Project-related documentation and hand-over

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. University Bachelor/Master degree, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similarly.

2. Self-motivated, organizational and time management skills.

3. A real team player with initiative and ‘can do’ attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.

4. Good presentation and communication skills towards customers.

5. Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.

6. Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.

7. Technical skills including:

a) Experiences in software development projects, with JBoss/Tomcat, J2EE, SOA/Web Services related.

b) Familiar with computer network technologies. Enterprise IT infrastructure know-how is a plus.

c) Familiar with MS Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise administration.

d) Familiar with MS SQL, Oracle or other database administration.

e) Integration know-how with enterprise-level applications, such as SAP R/3, IBM WebSphere, QAD, etc.

f) EDI knowledge such as EDIFACT/ANSI X.12/RosettaNet is a plus.

8. Excellent English speaking and writing skills, German is a plus.
