Qualification 岗位要求:
1) Purchasing Productive (Dialyzers and PD cagegory) and part of non-productive (Expenses category) material according to Purchase Request following the relative Purchasing SOP, (Clarification for PR/URS with PR raised party, sourcing appropriate/qualified supplier, price negotiation, benchmark, contract settlement, delivery follow up, quality problem follow up and payment follow up
2) Keep and maintain all the files related to above mentioned purchasing activities both in SAP/Synertrade system where needed and in paper form (Supplier data, Supplier Audit, PR/URS/PO/Contract, technical agreement, NCR，etc.)
3) Maintain and optimize the supplier relationship and set, monitor and assess KPI for suppliers (price, delivery and quality). Closely follow-up of delivery situation together with production planning, to ensure the material on-time arrival for production needs
4) Make procurement strategy for each category of purchased material, optimize the supplier pool for the same category material, to realize the optimization of purchasing cost and increase procurement efficiency.
5) Deep analysis and involvement of technical specification of the material purchased, cost-analysis and cost breakdown is a must.

Working Experience 工作经历
1） 3 years or above relevant working experience in Purchasing function in Multi-national company is necessary 需要有在跨国公司采购部门三年以上的工作的相关经验
2) experience in purchasing expenses category(MRO/service/IT/office stationery/long-term service etc.) is a plus 在费用采购（MRO/service/IT/office stationery/long-term service etc.）有采购经验者优先

1) Good English in oral, written and listening良好的英文听说读写
2） Deep understanding of purchased subject, good cost-analysis knowledge, sound negotiation skill and close follow up for the market trend.对产品的充分深入了解，良好的成本分析，谈判技巧和市场趋势跟
