Division/Unit: Automotive Division BU Trucks
Location: Jinan /qingdao/dalian/tianjin/beijing
Reporting to: Product Manager
Language: Chinese & English
Responsibilities,
- Be responsible for the channel performance, including delivery and cost
- Channel manning and operators selection
- Manage the channel resource to fulfill channel production plan
1. Be responsible of channel staff training activities and result.
2. Communicating with relevant functional department to solve the problem
3. Manage all the Safety, Environment and Health things of the channel
4. Be responsible to maintain the targeted of zero customer broken promise
Requirements,
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 5 years Manufacture experience
1. Strong knowledge of Production line management
2. Highly responsible, and cost consciousness
3. Good on production planning
4. Familiar with metal heat treatment preferred
5. Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good command of both written and spoken English
