Reporting to:

Process Engineering Manager, Jinan Factory.

Main responsibilities:

· Projects coordination;

· Summary tooling design rule for new machines;

· Managing monitoring and improving resetting activity;

· Efficiency improvement, Cycle Time reduction;

· Machine productivity improvement;

· Tooling and product dwg. Management;

· Tooling and equipment design modification;

· Lead Improvement Project/Activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor education or above in mechanism or automation or equivalent;

· 3-5 years working experience in process engineering, grinding process is preferred;

· Good technical knowledge on machinery and grinding technology;

· Basic knowledge of Lean;

· Good PC skill, Auto CAD, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Pro-E is preferred;

· Good communication skill;

· Good work attitude;

· Good team player;

· Able to work under pressure and independently;
