1.At least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management field, Alumi-num casting supplier management experience is preferable
至少5年供应商质量管理经验, 有铸铝供应商管理经验者优先
2.Have knowledge and experience of ISO9001: 2000 quality system. TS16949 experi-ence is preferable.
有ISO901:2000质量体系知识和经验。熟悉TS16949体系优先。
3.Have strong communication skill and team work spirit to work with other employee
熟练的沟通技巧和良好的团队合作精神。
4.Have background of mechanical manufacture is preferred

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Support and manage our local and group suppliers having high process capability and achieving continuous improvement.
协助和管理本地和集团供应商,提升供应商制程能力，并帮助供应商持续改进。
Manage supplier and follow up quality issue, update supplier improvement status to customer and on time close CCS
管理供应商并跟踪质量投诉，关闭CCS，更新供应商改善状况并及时反馈给客户

Daily Duties日常工作:
1. Create and optimize the process of supplier quality management.
建立和完善供应商质量管理流程。
2. Improve supplier’s quality awareness by training; ensure suppliers understanding of Grundfos requirements on drawing and specification.
通过培训持续提高供应商的质量意识;确保供应商理解格兰富的图纸和技术要求.
3. Arrange quality audit for new suppliers and yearly audit for existing supplier
组织新供应商的质量审核及现有供应商的年度审核.
4. Follow up supplier quality issue, verify suppliers effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, focus

on supplier quality performance continue improvement
跟踪供应商质量问题，验证供应商的纠正和预防措施的有效性，重点关注供应商质量表现的持续改进.
5. Monthly evaluate supplier quality performance, request 8D report from supplier if failed PPM target, follow upsuppliers’ corrective and preventive actions with purchaser.
月度评估供应商的质量表现，如果月度质量目标未达成，需要供应商提供8D报告，并协同采购及时追踪供应商月度质量问题的纠正和预防措施.
6. Make the monthly and quarterly report regarding supplier quality performance and Report to GPC management and Group regularly.
针对供应商质量表现制作月度和季度报告,并定期向GPC管理层和集团汇报.
7. Handling of supplier quality issue form production line and feedback to supplier ASAP, coordinate with

internal related function if in urgent case, ensure production running as normal.
处理产线供应商质量问题并及时反馈给供应商，紧急情况下需要协调内部相关部门，确保产线正常运转
8. Others
