? At least able to work three days a week, three months
实习时间每周工作3天以上,至少3个月
Main Responsibilities: 工作岗位要求:
? Collect and verify employees’ Travel & Expense Reports
收集整理及审核员工费用报销表，
? Organize payment vouchers on weekly basis
付款整理
? Update Finance database.
及时更新财务数据系统；
? Filing
合同及账单等财务文件归档和保管
? Other temporary work
其他临时交办的工作
Professional Requirements 职业要求
? A student who is in the final year of studying bachelor/master degree, major in accounting or finance
本科或研究生在校生，财务管理,会计等相关专业， 大四或研三为佳
? Good knowledge of common software programs (e.g. Word, Excel) and Mac computer system is a plus
良好的常见软件应用能力（如Word和Excel）,熟悉Mac电脑系统更佳
? Excellent English language skills in both oral and written
优秀的英语沟通能力(包括听说读写);
? Be responsible, Detail orientated, well organized, quick learner
责任心强,工作细致，学习能力强.
