Responsibilities:
- Lead a project team of software engineers to deliver solutions to client based on software requirement specifications;
- Interface with client and project managers in the US or Europe to understand client requirements and feedback;
- Author technical documents in English;
- Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including writing of proposals and delivery of presentations in English.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in commercial software development after receiving the BS degree, or equivalent years with higher degrees;
- Ability to architect vertical slices of an enterprise level software based on MS .Net architecture, DCOM/COM+ architecture or a horizontal layer of such software;
- Hands-on experience with leading edge .NET technologies, especially Enterprise Service, Cluster Server, WSE, O/R Mapping, Distributed Transaction, and NUnit/NAnt;
- Experience in software development processes, including implementing major improvements;
- Fluent in English;CET4
- Able to travel to client site, often in the US or Europe.
