该岗位办公地点：西安，长期招聘大一至大三在校大学生，要求每周上班时间达到4-5天。

岗位职责：
1、协助市调（踩盘）及其他调研工作；
2、团队布置的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，对房地产行业有浓厚兴趣及一定认识；
2、 熟练掌握office 系统操作，熟悉word、excel及PPT，有一定的文笔功底；
3、 拥有良好的team work团队协作能力；
4、 具备数据采集及分析能力；
5、 主动性强，富有责任心；
6、 良好的人际沟通、交往及谈判能力。

7 房地产管理、市场营销、工商管理、服装或建筑、工程造价等专业的在校学生可予以考虑。
8 英文能力（特别是读写能力）良好者优先考虑。
