Responsibility:
- Manage the 150 workers textile factory, including floor planning, recruitment, training and daily operation
管理150人服装工厂，包括日程运营，招聘，培训工人和日常管理
- Plan and organize short/long term production schedule according to customer demand and factory’s capability
- Implement 5S and lean manufacturing in the whole workshop
在工厂实施5S和精益生产
- Responsible for quality and its management
负责工厂质量管理
- Respect local labor law as well as Decathlon social regulations
确保工厂遵守全球集团总部规范的同时遵守法律规定
- Responsible for the profitability of the factory
确保工厂良好的效益
- Review and manage headcount according to production needs
根据生产需要制定人员计划
- Review and control production performance and submit production report regularly
确保生产质量和效益，定期整理生产报告
- Review production employee’s performance & submit evaluation report regularly
了解员工的表现，并给到相应帮助
- Work with other departments on product development, administration, etc
与其他部门良好合作，例如技术部和行政部

Requirement:
- Knowledge on LEAN, 5S , Social and Quality audit (ISO)
具有精益管理，5S理念，懂得社会责任和质量体系（ISO）
- Minimum 5 years LEAN practice on field
至少5年实际精益管理的经验
- Strong capability in workshop management and workers recruitment
具有较强车间和工人管理能力
- Project leadership
具有丰富项目管理经验
- Good sense of organization
组织协调能力强
- Good communication skills
沟通能力好
- Customer service sense
客户服务意识强
- Mobility to accompany the project
可根据公司项目移动
- English speaking is a plus

- Experience in textile industry is a plus
