职位描述
主要职责：准备进出口报关文件，与相关部门联系确保货物准时交货，控制运输费用，整理并维护相关文档和信息。
Main responsibilities:prepare documents for import&export,coordinate with internally and externally to make sure goods on time delivery,excute forwarder cost control and maintain related information and records.
1、准备报关和查验相关文档；Prepare required documents for customs clearence and commodity inspection.
2、核对商品编码，避免不必要的关税；Classify part's customs commodity code properly to avoid unnecessary tariff.
3、协调海关和商检查验事宜；Customs & commodity inspection coordination.
4、维护进出口相关信息及数据库；Maintain database of import&export related information.
5、整理外汇收款及退税文档；Collect relevant documents regarding foreign currency payment and tax refund in time.
6、考核货运代理和第三方物流公司的绩效并负责他们的费用控制；Evaluate performance & cost-control of forwarding companies,carriers and brokers regularly.
7、跨部门沟通确保货物准时装运；Communicate and liaise cross-department to ensure goods timely delivery.
8、与海关保持良好关系，保证海关文件的正确性；Maintain good relationship with customs,maintain good filing on customs documents.
9、制定相关流程制度，提高物流运作绩效；Develop relevant policies and procedures to improve logistics performance.
10、其他部门领导指定的工作。Other tasks assigned by functional leader.
岗位要求：
1、3年以上进出口经验；3 years experience on import&export.
2、具有机械制品电子产品进出口经验; Mechanical and electrical import experience.
3、国贸或进出口专业大专以上; Very good MS-Office,especially Excel skills.
4、良好的办公软件技能，尤其是EXCEL; Strong coordination capability,good communication and team-working skills.
5、良好的沟通协调能力，以及团队合作精神；Strong written and verbal English.
6、良好的英语听说读写能力。
