Location: Chengdu based,site working as required., Sichuan, China

Responsibilities:

CSR (Company Site Representative) responsible to administer,manage and execute all construction,installation and commissioning of the onshore facilities such as the Trail Production Operation facilities,well clusters and associated pipelines in compliance with SCEPCo HSSE Policy and Quality Assurance standards.

- Be a key member of the Facility team,working closely with support functions and Contractor organizations

- Provide site HSSE/SD leadership in the project through continuous engagement,communication and motivation

- Responsible for site HSSE,cost and schedule performance. Ensure full compliance of Shell HSSE requirement and any local/provincial regulatory requirements

- Coordinate and resolve technical,construction and quality issues with Project Team and Contractors

- Day to day construction contract management,maintaining constant contact with Project Engineer in Chengdu Office on work progress,operational and technical problems and on the level of resource utilization.

- Working closely with Infield Superintendant and Field Manager on all aspects of work including HSSE

- Compile/verify daily work progress and contract status via effective operational and HSE meetings with contractor key personnel

- Make sure all works are executed in compliance with Company's requirement covering HSE,quality and costs within the framework of the contract.

- Provide relevant input to work planning prior to execution,this is in relation to drawings,specifications,resource utilization,procedures,etc and final review and endorsement of these documents.

- Liaise with Contractors,Shell China Exploration and Production Company (SCEPCO) warehouse and CP teams to ensure timely delivery of correct materials and vendor supplied equipments and coordinate logistic to transfer personnel and equipment & material to site.

- Site roll-out of HSSE events and safety campaigns to contractor. Facilitate any site HSSE visit/audits and Contractor HSSE Plan reviews

- Goal Zero: working with Shell Safety Advisors to demonstrably manage HSSE risks,creating a safe workplace

- Coach and develop SCEPCO construction supervisor and engineers.

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering

- 12+ years of oil & gas project experience, majority of which should be site construction supervision and contractor management.

- Proven background and experience with facilities construction and pre-commissioning activities and have excellent interpersonal and communication skill to work with a dedicated and diverse team and the ability to work under a tight schedule.

- Ability to work in a Joint Venture environment in China. Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels

- Proficiency in English, ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) will be a key advantage
