Key Objectives

§ Team assistant of region will take on transactional tasks related to bridging retail, bridging wholesale and insurance schemes and provide supporting services in marketing communication and sales administration areas.

Major Responsibilities

§ Collects document packages from F&I in Beijing through SDB; returns documents to F&Is in Beijing after copying and recording customer information, and maintains daily log to record all the documents transferring.

§ Receives document packages from F&Is in all cities after loan disbursement; maintains database of customer name, financed vehicle, financed amount, loan term, financing interest, etc.; prepares monthly billing to SDB.

§ Collects and keeps filing of credit approval notices from SDB and prepares tri-party agreements accordingly.

§ Coordinate with BBA/NSC to complete agreement signature process; follows up with relevant dealers and SDB shanghai office about agreement readiness and credit line activation.

§ Collects information from SDB shanghai office and BBA/NSC to prepare monthly wholesale reporting.

§ Collects and keeps filing of insurance policies from F&Is in all cities

§ Maintains database of customer name, insurance type, premium, commission, policy duration, etc.

§ Prepares monthly reporting required by PingAn

§ Prepares monthly billing of commission to PingAn

§ Coordination on F&I uniform creation with relevant dealers; collects invoices from dealers and follows up payment request/disbursement processes.

§ Collection of Sales Bonus/Service Fee forms form area managers, inputs relevant information and forwards to Sales/Finance for signatures; follow up and record bonus disbursement processes.

§ Coordination on POS creation/replenishment with vendors; delivers POS materials to each F&I showroom and follows up POS reception with F&I; collects photos from relevant F&Is to prove the appropriate POS placement.

§ Completes data forms, including Monthly Report, Monthly Insurance Summary and Disbursement Customer Form; supports other statistic calculation and analysis.

§ Coordination of weekly conference call and monthly, quarterly sales meetings

§ Reception of expense reports from area managers, F&Is in each city and forward to Sales/Finance for signature; maintains a register of all expense reports.

§ Maintains a departmental registration of vacation plan and actual leaves

§ Deals with stationery applications from F&Is together with the receptionist, and supports other mailing services.

Qualifications

§ University degree

§ Good command on Windows Office

§ Fundamental statistical skills

§ Details focused, willingness of being accurate and efficient

§ Service-oriented mindset

§ Be able to work at regular work hours

§ Oral and Written English capability, Servicing attitude, Teamwork
