Position: Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct and implement QMS system. Also, set-up & maintain ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
Liaison with internal and external customers to solve issues and problem related to complaints, nonconformance, sampling, and queries and maintain desirable quality level.
Maintain and update technical files and customer specifications and establish quality master data system.
Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are validated before approval.
Coordinate quality/ social audits and conduct Management Review Meeting.
Maintaining and improving departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of regulatory authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external and internal customers, with respect to quality, service, lead time and cost
Analyze the performance of all departments through the relevant data gathered and the statistical reports prepared by the department.
Work on continuous improvement of internal/external customers and suppliers by implementation of Kaizen, Quality Circles, Lean Management and 6-Sigma.
Ensure compliance with national, international standards and legislation.
Ensure compliance with the departmental objectives to get the targets achieved.

Requirements:
Master Degree
Knowledge of QMS, ISO 9000, 14000 & 8000 and standards relevant to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Certified Auditor
QA Diploma
