职位描述
Key Objectives:
• Support MINI function in different regions
Major Responsibilities:
• Ensure achievement of departmental objectives in terms of volume, profitability, representation and communication according to central strategy.
• Manage (either via direct responsibilities, MINI Team or service level agreements with BMW Group functions) the following MINI processes in the respective region
• Ensure the dealer install and operate all BMW Group specified sales systems.
• Sales target achievement for respective region/dealer
• Ensure the dealer comply with sales operating standards applicable to: stocking, demonstrators, marketing plans, training attendance, required number of personnel.
• Recommend tactical support measures required to support dealers in achievement of their sales objectives.
• Responsible for the direct supervision of the Manager - Special Vehicles and cares for and advises dealers in all matters related to passenger car sales including implementation of dealer marketing activities.

Education / Degree:
• Diploma in Business Administration of an University or University of applied Sciences, MBA or equivalent education
Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
• Robust expertise in the following areas:
1. Sales target setting
2. Sales follow up
3. Marketing knowledge
4. Negotiation skills
5. Awareness of legal and social issues
6. Ability to work with high-income customers setting stringent demands
• Able to work in an international working environment
• Good inter-personal skills
• Strong Analytical, conceptual capabilities
• Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills
• Logical thinker and creative problem solver
• Extreme attention to detail
• Highly motivated, self starter
Experience:
• 5 years experience in Sales or related areas
• Significant experience in automotive industry is a plus
