职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1)Be responsible for HZ and QP’s all of HR and admin relative job?
2)Proactively gain client feedback to aid HR functions improve service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas.
3)Provide HR project management support and HR expertise to the business leaders with specific related projects.
4)Be responsible for organization structure/ job role design in order to improve cost and efficiency in HangZhou and QingPu plant .
5)Plant employees’ recruiting and related process, develop and maintain positive employee relations to create an exceptional work environment and culture for employees.
6)Implement Kerry global and China HR policies and procedures in plant ;
7)Foster effective communication between employees and management, work with functional managers to carry out action plan to improve the scores.
Competency:
1)+8 years HR relevant experience in manufacture and Bachelor degree or above
2)Familiar with Labor Law and Labor Contract Law & its practice in China
3)understand how business runs and is able to find solutions in a complied and most cost effective way
4)Better to have manufacturing HR experience
5)Good communication and influence skill with diversified client group
6)hands on and High integrity
7)Self-motivated, independent
