Job Description

1. Provides first line help desk and computer support including hardware, software, network, and data communications (including telephone)

2. Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation of PC, printer, fax machine, sever, router, switch or other end equipments.

3. Provide application support for end users including PPN, OA, and DMS etc

Qualification

1. University education in a computer-related technology

2. Familiar with the technologies, such as Microsoft Office, Windows XP, Antivirus, Active Directory, VPN, Printer, LAN and etc.

3. Good team worker, highly self motivated and strong self-confidence to work independently
