岗位职责：
1. 收集相关待检查设备的文件；
2. 与供应商确认监督检查事宜（日期和时间、地点、联系人）；
3. 与供应商确认可用的程序和质量文件（按质量控制计划），以备验证之用；
4. 执行质量监督，根据通知进行最终检验或装运前检验；
5. 按照指定要求验证包括适用的测试程序；
6. 检查用于测试仪器的检验证书；
7. 按要求检查质量文件的可用性；
8. 识别并报告不符项如有任何问题差异，在有需要的时候出具最终检验报告或污染标准指数检查清单，并获得供应商的签字；
9. 向供应商收集下次干预日期的信息；
10. 审查并报告相关供应商进展状况的信息；
11. 没有延误地通过电话报告给SQ，就干预结果进行沟通；
12. 通过传真或电子邮件把PSI检查单、差异报告和最终检验情况报告给SQ；
13. 准备并发送干预报告给SQ；

任职要求：
1. 工程科学类相关学历背景，或有相关实践经验；
2. 有培训和在火电厂参与设计、制造、测试或检查机电设备的工作经验；
3. 对产品监督和适用规范与标准有相关了解；
4. 了解业务流程与工具应用；
5. 流利的英语听说读写能力；

Responsibilities:
1. Collect documentation relevant to equipment to be inspected;
2. Confirm surveillance inspection with supplier (date & time, location, contact);
3. Confirm with supplier availability of procedures and quality documents (as required by QCP), ready for verification;
4. Perform quality surveillance, final conformity or pre-shipment inspection according to notification;
5. Verify compliance with specified requirements including applicable test procedures;
6. Check calibration certificates of the instrumentation used for tests;
7. Check availability of quality documentation and review as required;
8. Identify and report discrepancies if any issue discrepancies / final conformity report or PSI check list when needed + obtain signature of supplier;
9. Collect information from supplier about next intervention date;
10. Review and report defined information related to status of supplier progress;
11. Report by phone without delay to SQ to communicate the results of the intervention;
12. Fax or email PSI check list / discrepancy report / final conformity report to SQ;
13. Prepare and send intervention report to SQ;

Requirements:
1. Degree qualified in an engineer/scientific discipline,or relevant practical experience;
2. Training in, and several experience of design, manufacturing, testing/inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment as used in thermal power plants;
3. Knowledge of the products being minitored and the applicable codes and standards;
4. Knowledge of the business processes and tools applied;
5. Fluent in written and spoken English;
