职位描述

Responsibilities:
The Global Mobility Officer (GMO) will support and work directly for one or more Global Mobility Consultant (GMC) to provide a professional global mobility (GM) service for international transferee, short term and long term deployed international assignee and cross border assignee between the mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.

The main roles and responsibilities are:

  • Frequent communications with a diverse client base comprising both international assignees and key Business Unit contacts;
  • Calculation and implementation of international assignee compensation and benefits;
  • Ensuring internal and external service providers deliver quality assistance/advice on a timely basis;
  • Hold pre-assignment discussions with assignee - focusing on operational issues, and other logistical/technical support matters;
  • Prepare and document pre-assignment cost projections;
  • Handle routine day to day miscellaneous enquiries from assignees;
  • Coordinate application for appropriate visas/work permits;
  • Coordinate and manage third party vendors and the delivery of their services;
  • Maintain and update the Global Mobility Manager (GMM) database;
  • Project work, as assigned by GM team leader, GMC or Global Deployment (GD) Global Leadership; and
  • Handle assignment related payment/expenses.


Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences;
  • Minimum three years' work experience, preferably in HR, expatriate administration or taxation, gained witin multinational organizations;
  • Good understanding of firm's services and the professional practice at local and global context;
  • Strong numeracy, analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts;
  • Good time management skills including the proven ability to independently prioritise work and multitask;
  • Flexible in working and able to tolerate uncertainty;
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels and with diverse cultures;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
