REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. About 7-year experience on sales and marketing department in global freight forwarding & logistics industry.
3. About 3 years of sales and marketing team management.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written.
5. Good analytical, problem-solving, project management and presentation skills.
6. Leadership skills.
7. English Resume is A MUST for application.
RESPONSIBILTY:
Summary:
Plan and develop sales strategies, includes building the sales organization with the objective of ensuring both continuous revenue growth and that FedEx is the market leader across the Asia-Pacific region.
1. SALES PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES - Identify and develop customer relationships which offer high revenue potential; sell appropriate solutions to higher potential customers; implement pricing programs in order to achieve revenues targets and to maximize customer satisfaction. To meet individual quarterly targets set by the Regional Management both for local and nomination business.
2. SALES TEAM PLANNING - Leading sales and marketing team to collect and analyze market pricing data; determine individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account development and yield enhancement.
3. QUALITY MANAGEMENT - Leading sales and marketing team to collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction.
4. SALES COMMUNICATIONS - Meet regularly with operations and related departments, both local and overseas, to resolve customer issues in order to enhance customer satisfaction and to ensure that annual revenue goals are achieved.
5. COLLABORATION WITHIN GROUP - working closely with sales & management team in FedEx Express to exchange the market information as well as designing the proposal for mutual customers. Collaborate with other FTN regions for development of business.
