Requirment:
1.Bachelor or above, with finance or accounting major
2.10 years of experience in senior finance and accounting positions in a manufacturing or services industry or an audit firm, while 5 years in management positions in Accounting
3.With SAP and Cognos experience
4.Management experience in Accounting Shared Service center
5.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding on accounting principles and concepts in PRC and IFRS GAAP
6.Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface effectively with all levels in the organization both in English and Chinese
7.Strong analytical skill and collaboration style
8.Process Improvement mindset with experience in defining finance processes and internal controls
9.Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
10.A self-starter with a drive for results, change & adaptability and leveraging resources
11.Professional presence and positive to Change Management
12.Customer oriented mindset with attitude and ability to define and meet customer’s expectations
13.Could cope with work stress

Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead the A&R Shared Service function, inclusive of AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, GL and Reporting
2.Oversee all A&R activities, inclusive of daily operations, monthly closing, statutory reporting, group reporting (Cognos) and etc.
3.Optimize A&R processes, ensure they are effective, efficient and fully compliant with Corporate Guidelines
4.Ensure accounting practices are in compliance with A&R processes, China GAAP, IFRS and Group Finance requirements
5.Ensure effectiveness of Internal Control System (ICS) within the A&R Shared Service scope
6.Build up A&R Shared Service team with a culture of process improvement and innovation
7.Drive for process optimization of SAP FI and CO modules from A&R perspective
8.Co-ordinate with the Statutory/Internal auditors to facilitate the auditing process
8.Customer oriented mindset with attitude and ability to define and meet customer’s expectations
