职位描述
Job Description:
1.Responsible for Huisman China's financial planning and control process and tools
-Manage the finance department and work in close cooperation with the finance manager to improve the quality of the finance department and the internal controls.
-Report to CFO and group control on Finance and Control issues.
-Manage the financing position of HCN together with group treasury.
2.Responsible for the compliance with PRC law and Chinese and Huisman accounting policies and procedures including
-Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
-Prepare budgets and rate calculations.
-Preparation of tax returns.
-Preparation of cash forecasts.
-Act as a super user of HCN's financial system.
3.Responsible for the preparation of financial management information in order to
-Improve internal management and controls.
-Analyze the financial performance and results.
-Advise the management on possible cost reductions, (business and general) taxes and potential subsidies.
-Advise the management on monetary issues, currency issues, fixed asset management and the cooperation between FHSM and Huisman Cargo.
-Liaise with external auditors and (tax-) advisors.
-Develop and maintain a good relationship with the government and third parties.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
4.Responsibilities
-Correct financial bookkeeping system with adequate reporting and management information.
-Ensure that financial information is in accordance with the PRC GAAP and Huisman policies.
Job Requirement:
-Contribute a safe, cooperative and innovative working environment within the company.
-Education: CPA, Master degree.
-Experience: Minimally 10 years' experience in an international business environment.
-Language: Able to communicate fluently in English; Mandarin is a pre.
-Computer: Good at Microsoft office products, ERP experience.
-Others: Principled, responsible, honest, organized, accurate.
-Place in the organization.
