Essential Responsibilities
1. In charge of Asia supply chain QMI , drive supply chain key metrics-Volume, VCP, VC/BC, Headcount, Work with Country S/C Finance and Global S/C Finance on detailed drivers and Risk/Opps;.
2. Planning, analysis of plant operation costs, provide visibility on variable cost productivity analysis on different Blueprint cycle, review with regional and global supply chain leader to identify the improvement opportunity of VCP;
3. Provide SMNM Inventory reserve analysis for total Asia , report inventory actual/estimate balance and work with Asia Operation to drive inventory down including SMNM inventory
4. Provide accurate FIFO assessment and bridge rate allocation for APAC and review with country for detail FIFO calculation on annual basis , report out to global.
5. Roll up APAC P&E addition and provide insight analysis and suggest proposed adjustment for any wrong booking by country or process improvement
6. Responsible for Korea CMS Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance including Costing , S/C metrics , Inventory and P&E management
7. Responsible for Wuxi CMS Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance including Costing , S/C metrics , Inventory and P&E management
8. Other Ad hoc request from immediate manager
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance
2. Above 3 years finance working experience in manufacturing finance
3. SAP or Oracle etc. ERP system financial module experience
4. Good Communication Skills with Internal and External customers, fluent in English
5. Strong Controllership and Compliance Mindset
6. Ability to Work in a Metrics Environment
7. Critical thinking , reliable and efficient
