Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily equipment and electric trouble shooting and preventive actions, establish related shooting sheet in system.
- Improve fixture and optimize machine functions supporting production productivity and EHS needs.
- Manage TPM for equipment and charge for parts calibration, to reduce machine down time and ensure machine stability and reliability.
- Manger spare parts supply and control cost spending for operation lines.
- Response for department documents retention and update according to QMS and EHS framework, also as owner for the machine manual and program regarding Data Management.
- Manage maintenance team, including technician attendance, overtime working, daily working arrangement, technology training and performance evaluation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above Mechanical, or Electrical related engineering.
- 5 years or above working experiences of equipment maintenance in manufacturing.
- Supervisor experiences for maintenance team.
- Good at CAD application.
- Good read and written English communication.
- Lean and 6 sigma background.
