Core Responsibilities
主要职责

1.工厂设备的常规检验和维护Regular check and maintain all equipment in manufactory.
2.负责设备的维修Responsible of repairing the equipment in case of irregularity.
3.设备状态报告Submit to management the regular equipment condition report.
4.和外部供应商等的沟通协作Coordinate with external agents like fire bureau, utilities companies, landlord and repair service companies.
5.负责IT等的安装和维护Responsible of the on site IT/network/phone/printer/copier installation and maintenance.
6.建立相关SOP流程并在日常执行to set up relative equipment SOPs and performance them in daily work
7.提交年度设备计划propose of yearly equipment plan
8.提交年度设备维护预算Propose yearly repair and maintenance budget and execution.
9.知道操作工正确安全使用设备Guide operators to use equipment correctly and safely
10.员工安全培训Employee safety training examination
11.建立安全的文件管理Establish safety management files Key Competencies

工作经验

1. 5年及以上工作经验5 years above related working experience
2. 外资企业工作经验experience in international company is preferred
3. 了解自动化设备a good background in automatism operation Required Qualifications
学历/资格要求大专及以上学历工程相关专业Polytechnic Degree above in Engineering
