Responsibilities/ Authorities:
Your central aim will be to raise production efficiency. Through implementing technical projects and corresponding training programs in our key production unit in Jiangsu, you’ll ensure leading edge technical processes and excellent team knowledge that lead to this result. In this highly collaborative hands-on role, you act as a point of contact for a huge range of technical enquiries in the manufacturing area. Further you are regular in contact with our plants worldwide. Last but not least, you’ll ensure a positive working environment and introduce measures to raise employee motivation.

Qualifications:
Education background:
Technician/bachelor degree or above

Work experience:
Minimum more than 8 years working experience. Likewise comparable education/work experience could be accepted too.
A proven track record in medical field would be a major advantage.

Competence and skills:
Six sigma
Well familiar with operation planning, production, product development and technical implementation processes
Experienced in leading small technical teams
Quality consciousness and a structured working style
With entrepreneurial flair, a strong hands-on mentality and good communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
