Responsibilities职责：
1. Establish and maintain Company Lean Operating System including sites in Changzhou, Beijing and USA with implanted Lean gene. 建立和维护集团（包括常州、北京和美国公司）精益生产运营系统。
2. Assist department leaders in the planning, development, coordination, support, and execution of high impact (immediate and long term) improvement plans for effective and sustainable cost saving initiatives while making sure the Lean/6 sigma initiatives are aligned with customer focused metrics. Experience经验
1. Skills and Abilities (Can Do Criteria): 技能和能力
1) Ideally, a person in this position shall possess a Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. 理想情况下，该职位的人员应有工业或机械工程方面的学士学位。
2) Master Degree would be a plus. 硕士学历优先。
3) Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an operational engineering support role based and exposed in a lean, pull-type, reduced inventory production system. 五年以上生产行业工作经验，有生产技术支持工作经验者（包括精密加工、库存减少系统）优先。
4) Minimum 3 years experience driving lean manufacturing processes as a leader; manager is a plus 三年以上精密加工生产管理经验，精密加工行业经理优先。

6) Previous knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems.具有丰富的精密加工系统的知识。
