Essential Responsibilities
(a) Develop winning strategies with sales to close profitable orders for the highly competitive water Products business.
(b) Creates Value Solution quotations for the commercial field sales team in both Simple and Complex quote cells.
(c) Manages the Value Solution development process to ensure that a quality proposal is delivered within the designated time.
(d) Utilize lean principles to continually improve the quote creation processes to achieve cycle time reduction through relentless focus on process and metrics.
(e) Establish relationships and interfaces with product application, pricing, manufacturing, sourcing, and the commercial sales team, to insure solution offering is aligned with our new or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
(f) Provide primary interface with Sales on all Project transactions bids, estimates and studies during opportunity development and full Inquiry To Order (ITO) process.
(g) Take lead to negotiate the contracts with support from Sales and other functions.
(h) Provide transaction technical, profitability, and commercial inputs to Control risk and support Risk Management processes in Compass &ITO stage, track execution result in OTR Stage.
(i) Take lead to negotiate the contracts with supports from sales and other functions.
(j) Determine and verify if quotation is within Delegation of Authority (DOA), and exercises Delegation of Authority and ITO Process.
(k) Liaise between field sales and customer care and related functions.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelors degree in technical discipline.
• Around 10 years working experience in commercial related field.
• Experiences in chemical/water industry and commercial background is preferred.
• Hold the role of management and team leader during the work.
• Engaged in the environment of cross team communication and coordination
• Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communications skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Fluent speak and written in Chinese, English, and computer operations..
• Being accountability, self-motivation and diligence.
