Key tasks include:
- Driving traffic to ru.dhgate.com webpage
- Managing site placements and promotions to coordinate with the sellers’ event calendar
- Initiating marketing and email efforts, scheduling product lists, analyzing site promotions’ performance and making recommendations on marketing plan
- Coordinating and creating launch plans for new products
- Reviewing sales and key metrics to identify areas of opportunity and providing recommendations to key partner
- Providing reporting with analysis and success metrics for campaigns and merchandising activities
- To ensure that on-site ad campaigns and promotions are well-executed by coordinating with cross-team members
- Maintaining data quality for the sellers’ product catalog

Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree
? Proven track record of success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
? Strong database and Microsoft Office skills
? Understanding of software and editing tools (including XML, HTML and Excel)
? English writing and reading capability
? Proactive attitude, detail oriented, and a team player
? Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
? 5+ years of marketing and/or online experience preferred
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Understanding of customer’s shopping behavior in emerging markets
