General 概述
Responsibility for shopping centre POS system, office IT, PDS system, wifi system and support finance system management.
负责购物中心的POS系统，办公室IT，综合布线及Wifi网络系统和财务相关管理系统的技术支持.
Specific 工作范围
- Assist analysis and identify POS, Office IT, PDS, wifi, Finance relate system and telephone system failure.
- 帮助分析解决POS系统，办公室IT，综合布线，Wifi, 财务相关系统, 电话系统的故障判断。
- Test network infrastructure and network quality, as well as the servicer for POS.
- 测试网络基础设施，网络及 POS系统服务器的质量。
- Complete network structure documentation.
- 完善和整理网络架构文件，图纸。
- Help customer use network equipment timely, support tenant POS connection and manager interface with shopping centre
- 及时帮助用户使用网络设备,支持租户POS系统的对接和管理工作界面
- Network equipment maintenance, solve hardware and software fault timely.
- 维护网络及其相关设备，及时处理硬件和软件问题。
- Assist management the contractor on site work.
- 协助管理外包公司的现场工作。
Qualifications任职资质
- Degree of college. Three years POS and IT work experience is required.
- 学历：大专，POS，IT和财务相关系统工作经验为三年以上。
- Related certificate is preferred.
- 持有相关技能证书。
- Good plan and team cooperation, organization and implement ability.
- 具备计划实施能力，团队协作能力，组织协调能力。
- POS system technology is must.
- 必须懂收银系统。
