职位描述

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

? Be a member of the Shopping Centre Management Team

? Create, implement and follow up the SC Business Plan, be the editor in chief for the Business Plan.

? Support the Shopping Centre Manager with KPIs related to decision making (income and costs).

? Overall responsible for local shopping centre finance related affairs;

? Manage shopping centre billing & AR collection process

? Lead the shopping centre budgeting process, perform budget controls on a monthly basis;

? Lead the shopping centre finance team, support the professional development of the coworkers;

? Co-operate with other SC functions to fulfill tasks;

? Maintain relationships with external parties (e.g. local tax authorities, bank, other relevant authorities);
? Any tasks assigned by Shopping Centre Manager and Country Business & Project Controller.

Qualifications

Mandatory for the position
- Basic oral and written English
- Min 5 years work experience with relevant functions, work experience with shopping centre is preferred
- Basic leadership and people management skills
- Very good at Excel, Powerpoint
- Team work spirit

To be acquired in the role
- Good knowledge of the Property Business in general.
- Very good knowledge of the shopping centre market
- Good understanding of the Lease Agreement
- A good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA Values and culture

Education
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting and related majors, professional accounting certificates are preferred

Capabilities/Skills

- Basic leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer oriented – towards the internal customer (= other departments)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Business minded, striving for concluding the deal
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English


Specific organisational requirements
- Business travels 25-30 days / year nationally and internationally
- Flexible working hours including weekends.
