职位描述

Responsibilities

Be a member of the Shopping Centre Management Team
To oversee the mall daily operation to ensure tenants’ smooth operation in compliance with centre regulations and tenant handbook.
To supervise the daily operation including the cleaning and landscape standard of the shopping centre in accordance with IICG relevant Stand Operational Procedures. Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers.
Deliver customer services to shoppers in according to IICG Customer Service and successfully operate the Kiddyland.
Work with project and construction teams to get relevant government permits and certificates for Shopping Centre operation needs.
Supervise the Safety and Security Manager and cooperate with Central Safety and Security function to create an injury and incident free working and shopping environment. Monitor the performance of out-sourced security company.
Excel the basic by best practice and lesson learning sharing from IICG other countries and from the rest of the world.
Communicate and coordinate with relevant government and Public Security Bureau.
Any tasks assigned by Shopping Centre Manager and IICG China Central Operations.


Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in business/property management or other academic degree
5+ years in manager’s position in operations, experience in shopping centre is preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills, customer focused
Experience in Operation start up is needed. Experience in managing outsourcing contractors is needed.
Experience in working with local government authorities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
