Responsibilities
Office Admin
· Office, meeting room and co-worker area furniture procurement, cost analysis and maintenance
· Office, meeting room, co-worker area facility management and maintenance,
· Work with project team for office layout, and secure office and co-worker area decoration and vitality change
· Maintain the stable networking and telephone system, telephone extension and PIN code management
· Fruit, drink water, tea, coffee procurement;
· Office stationary (including business card) ordering and management;
· mobile phone (if provided by company) SIM card management;
· Office management work routine and follow up
· Internal communication
· Support SC manager to organize the meetings and team activities
Support HR & Admin manager for other issues
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
- College degree.
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Project management experience are preferred
Skills & Abilities:
- Well-organized and good work efficiency
- Be able to deal with complex issues
- Communicate with others effectively and proactively.
- Understands and commits to IKEA values.
- Good English in oral and written.
