岗位职责：

1、两年以上网页设计制作经验，要有成熟的作品

2、熟练掌握Dreamweaver photoshop flash等软件；
3、熟练使用DIV+CSS、html进行网站布局，能处理好不同浏览器之间的兼容性问题；
4、有较好的平面设计创意、色彩感和审美感；
5、工作态度积极、责任心强，有较强的独立工作能力和团队合作精神。
