The client is one US fortune 500 company, electronic manufacuring industry
Work location: Dongguan, Guangdong

Responsibilities:
- Develop training and development strategies to meet company business needs
- Responsible for training planning, sourcing, implementing and effectiveness evaluation to meet people development needs;
- Prepare and monitor training budgets, resources allocation and schedules
- Design development programs for identified talents
- Manage and develop line trainers in area; monitor trainers' quality through internal audit system
- Promote and implement leadership programs
- Annual training needs survey, identification, analysis, confirmation and planning and budget control
- Employee activities organization
- Set up efficient channels for employee relationship management, communication with all levels of employees, handle employee complaints, etc.
- Monitor regular assessments of employee morale and satisfaction; identify needed actions plans to address morale issues when there is morale problem.
- Act as a bridge between company and employees to maintain healthy relationship and good flow of information.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in HRM, Business, English or related disciplines
- 6+ years solid training and ER experience in manufacture company
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Skilled in Training and presentation
- Highly-driven and hardworking personality, with strong leadership skills
