1,此编制为新增的售后技术支持工程师，将于今年7月份去美国展开为期近半年的培训，并将在培训结束后到上海工作。培训内容包括产品，技术和商业沟通等方面的培训；

As a Guardian Consultant with Compuware, you will become a personal superhero to our customer.
Compuware APM Guardians are skilled professionals trained to monitor applications from the end user to the data center. They support operations staff by providing critical application performance, availability and capacity data. They also help review performance trends and service desk tickets to aid in proactive monitoring efforts.
To ensure customers getting their full value of their investment in our APM technology, Compuware provides APM Premium Guardian Services. Compuware trained APM Guardians help our clients obtain the maximum value from existing investments, while allowing their IT staff to focus on core capabilities and activities.
Typical Activities
o Ensure our customer’s business critical applications are available and performing at their peak.
o Summarize and review performance trends with customers.
o Be the Compuware APM subject matter expert for the client staff. Assist them with troubleshooting and root causing performance issues.
o Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to meet requirements of IT and business users.
o On-board additional applications for monitoring and update software with any necessary service packs.

To ensure new APM Guardian Consultants are sufficiently equipped for success, we provide a structured Professional Development Program (PDP). The five month training program is a mix of technical and business instruction taught by our very own, industry leading APM experts. Upon graduation of the PDP program employees are expected to represent Compuware in the highest professional manner. APM Guardian consultants leave Compuware customers with no doubts that they are receiving maximum value for their investment.

o Recently graduated within the last year, or graduating in Spring/Summer of 2014, with coursework around software development, computer networks, and web development preferred
o Less than 2 years of related professional work experience
o Willingness to relocate and/or travel extensively across North America
o Internship, Co-op and/or significant IT project based assignments
o Strong passion and desire to learn new technology
o Expertise in one or more of these key technologies is desirable
o Java, J2EE, .NET, ASP.NET, Web development
o Networking, TCP/IP
o Virtualization, Citrix, VMware
o Server-side and/or client-side scripting.
