Main responsibilities主要职责:
1、 负责部门文件、档案、报表的编制、整理并存档；
2、 及时跟进处理部门各项业务需求，并存档；
3、 参与课程教材的编写、制订、保存与管理；
4、 担任各种培训助教，配合部门经理完成各类培；
5、 配合各类培训课程成效的书面问卷收集与整理。
6、 各部门、各岗位培训需求以及终端或市场培训需求的调查与统计。
7、 担任部分课程的讲述。

Basic requirements基本要求（学历、工作经验、形象气质、专业技能 、工作态度和能力）:
1、 学历：大专以上；
2、 形象良好，踏实稳健，有良好的学习能力；
3、 思路清晰语言表达能力强；
4、 具备较强的沟通和协调能力；
5、 有良好的文字功底，熟悉PPT制作；
6、 具有培训相关专业知识。
7、 有意愿成为企业内部培训讲师。
