Beijing Sideways is a fast growing company offering its INTERNATIONAL clients an unique travel experience, discovering Beijing and its surroundings out of the beaten path, using sidecars driven by knowledgeable drivers and guides.
Job Description
Beijing Sideways is looking for its Business Officer; he/she will be in charge of:
? Answering to customer’s demands;
? The customer’s booking process;
? Tour Schedule management;
? Organizing and presenting the weekly & monthly reporting
? day-to-day accounting.
? Assist the General manager on administrative tasks.
? Will have to work on weekends.
Management
The Business Officer will hierarchically report directly to Beijing Sideways’ General Manager
Profile
? Available for long term contract
? A minimum of 2 years or more of experience in service industry;
? Mother tongue is Mandarin, proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory. Other foreign languages are a plus. French is perfect!
? High degree of customer service and satisfaction.
? High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
? Strong organization and priorities skills
? Autonomous, enthusiastic, motivated. Team player.
Salary range; Up to 80000 rmb per year gross salary+bonus depending on profile, motivation and satisfaction.
