职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责员工劳动合同的签订、变更和解除工作；
2、负责员工的社保等各项手续的办理工作；
3、负责E-HR系统管理工作，包括试运行期间的系统功能及数据准确性测试、E-HR系统的培训与推广工作、系统运行中问题的沟通和解决。
4、负责人力资源相关报表统计及分析。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上人力资源相关工作经验，具有E-HR系统管理等工作经验优先；
3、良好的英文表达能力；
4、良好的计算机操作水平，熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，特别是Excel；
5、良好的执行力和团队协作精神；
6、稳重、踏实、有责任心和服务意识。
