Responsibility:
工作职责：
The Engineering Inspector is responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans, on-site inspection of equipment, devices, mechanical components, structural members, and etc. to ensure products by vendors/manufacturers are made to design engineers’ specifications. Develops and maintains inspection standards that apply to Inspection Reports from vendors/manufacturers and on-site inspection, ensuring proper implementation. Identifies and analyzes issues during inspections and provides reports to Procurement personnel to address the found problems. Reviews and approves products to be released to construction sites according to design drawings. Plans and coordinates inspection activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to project or engineers’ requirements. It is the responsibility of the QA/QC Engineer to ensure the final product quality.
负责编写工程质量控制流程和计划，现场检查设备、装置、机械部件、结构件等，确保供应商/制造商提供的产品能满足设计要求。建立和维护适用于供应商/制造商提供的质量报告和现场检查的监察标准，确保正确实施。现场检查过程中识别并分析问题，并向采购人员提供报告，从而解决发现的问题。根据设计图纸审查产品，和批准的产品发送到施工现场。计划、协调监察进度，确保质量控制和施工按照项目或工程师的要求进行。监察工程师对产品和施工的质量负责。
Requirements:
任职资格
BSEE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred, but not required. Education can be substituted by practical experience in related fields.
机械或土木工程学士学位者优先。非此专业但有相关领域实践经验的予以考虑。
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably working as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the power industry.
三年以上工程方面工作经验，最好从事过电力行业的工程师或监理。
Thorough knowledge and understanding of National Standards of Mechanical and/or Structural Engineering.
对机械/结构专业的国家标准有全面的了解和认识。
Ability to read and understand mechanical and structural drawings.
能阅读和理解机械、结构和土建图纸。
Working knowledge of MS Office.
熟练应用办公软件。
Ability to work well under pressure.
在工作中具有良好的抗压能力。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
Willing to travel up to 50% nationally.
接受不超过50%的工作时间在全国各处出差。
