Job Description 岗位职责：

1.Responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the hotel sales activities.To manage effectively and direct the overall sales efforts for the hotel locally and overseas.
有效计划和管理酒店本地及海外销售任务.
2.To coordinate with National Sales Office the goals and actions desired for the hotel. To review the operating results of the hotel and take appropriate action to ensure that profit budget objectives are achieved and exceeded.
与国内销售部门协调酒店的销售目标及销售手段。根据酒店营运状况采取适当的措施，以确保实现并超出酒店经营目标。
3.Supervise the activities of the sales manager and secretary to ensure that all inquiries are promptly handled, groups are followed up on and rebookings made, all tentative groups are followed up on. All requests of the clients are carried out taking into account the regard for the hotel’s profitability.
监督销售经理和销售主管，确保所有的业务及时处理，团队的跟进和重新预定，以及所有暂定团体跟进和客户需求的满足，为酒店的盈利。
4. Supervises subordinates to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
管理下级保证日常的工作能够按时完成。

Qualifications 任职资格：
1. More than five years experience of 4-5 star international hotel in the same position
5年以上4-5星级国际酒店同岗位工作经验
2. To be knowledgable in Sales & Marketing service and operation
具备销售管理及运营的专业管理能力
3. Ability to work under pressure.
良好的抗压能力
4. Ability to motivate, lead and communicate with his team members.
具备与团队成员良好的激励和沟通才能
