岗位职责：

1、负责建立并不断完善公司的培训体系；

2、负责各项培训工作的规划、实施及总结反馈，并负责监督执行情况；

3、负责公司新近员工的职前培训和后续日常员工培训辅导跟进工作，并对员工绩效达成进行跟进反馈；

4、根据培训需要开发并讲授产品知识、销售技能等课程，同时进行评估与跟踪；

5、负责制定短中长期公司培训战略规划；

6、负责公司定期举办公司理财讲座、客户联谊活动和沙龙讲座的主持策划及讲解工作（有营销会议主持的优先）

任职资格：

1、年龄：25-40岁，专科以上学历；

2、2年以上金融同类行业的从业经验，2-3年金融类培训课程的授课经验，具备优秀的沟通能力、演讲能力和辅导能力；

3、熟练使用办公软件，能独立操办和编撰教学教案；

4、熟悉各种话题性、互动性、室内、室外节目主持技巧；有从事金融、保险经纪人培训工作经验者及取得金融专业资格认证者优先（CFA、FRM、CFP、CPA、AFP等）

5、应聘该岗位者，要求普通话标准，需经现场试讲合格后方可使用，试讲内容不限。
