Job Responsibilities：
Execute development testing and trouble-shooting on integrated solution of routing, switching, Firewall, VPN, VoIP, WiFi, AntiViruse, Intrusion Protection and network management application.
Experiment with innovative solutions based on new research or technologies.
Evaluate users’ requirements and recommend function specification or detailed descriptions for new features or fixes.
Coordinate tests and observe the initial use of new features or fixes to ensure that it performs as planned.
Analyze systems to identify errors and write detailed description of root problems and recommended solutions.
Take part in requirement discussions and scope of work estimates.

Job Skills Required:
5 years of frame level software testing or trouble-shooting experience on Routing, Switching, Firewall, VPN, RADIUS, 802.11 and SIP VoIP.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP,IPv6, DNS and Network management application
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Good knowledge of Linux environment
Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, and software development fundamentals
Experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting software and hardware in Linux environment
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate well with other departments Ability to work on assigned tasks under tight time constraints
Programming skills using Python are highly desired.
