Key Responsibilities:
·To carry out valuation assignments in different industries independently including on-site data collection, management interview, financial modeling and report writing
·To conduct industry research and financial analysis on companies
·To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediate for due diligence and marketing

Requirements:
·A minimum 2 years of experiences in business valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, security pricing, audit with international accounting firms /consulting firms / investment banks / private equity firms / MNCs
·Excellent knowledge in financial modeling with Excel for discounted cash-flow analysis, pricing of derivatives and other financial instruments
·ASA, CFA, CPA, CPV credential holders or holders of other business valuation related designations
·Degree in Investment / Finance /Accounting
·Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is essential)
·A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
·Depends on project location, travel within China and to other countries might be required.
