工作要求：

1.楼宇中央空调系统，地缘热泵系统运行管理工作；

2.风机盘管、空调机组、消防系统及给排水系统的故障处理,故障抢修工作；

3.个人分管设备、设施的巡视和保养维护；

4.检查设备的运行情况，报告运行故障；

5.具有水电、空调、自动化设备控制等方面现场工作经验；

6.对钳工、电工、管工、空调、锅炉、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强；



职位要求：

1.水、电、空调及楼宇等相关工作经验三年以上；

2.良好的服务意识及团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳；

3.持有相应专业的岗位资格证书者优先考虑；
