职位描述
5.1 Tasks & Responsibilities
Description of the main principle tasks & responsibilities in the dimensions of operational, financial, process & tools, and people related |
- Prepare quality documents to support equipment quotation and procurement
- Review Manufacturer quality documents
- Initiate and organize Kick- Off Meeting for fabrication
- Develop and implement quality control program and ITP/QCP
- Carry out workshop inspection and identify the potential problem
- Coordinate with Manufacturer to support Customer workshop inspection
- Non-conformity management for Manufacturer default
- Initiate and distribute the workshop weekly and monthly quality report( daily report if required)
- Monitor and coordinate all quality control and reporting functions
- Prepare and file all QC related records and End of Manufacture Records

7.1 Education & Trainings |
Mandatory (MUST)
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) - B.S. degree in engineering preferred
- QA or EHS background preferable but not essential
- CWI certificate will be plus
- NACE, PT II, VT II, MT II, UT II certificate will be plus

7.2 Professional Experience
Experience gained on the job during professional life |
Mandatory (MUST)
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) - Minimum three years quality control experience on construction projects or manufacture. systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in power plant, machinery industry, petrochemical industry, air pollution control
|
7.3 Behavioural and/or Technical Know-how Mandatory (MUST) - Independent working ability is necessary and can work under pressure
- Teamwork and good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Physical Conditions:Healthy
Desirable (NICE TO HAVE) - Good command of Welding and NDT is a plus

Language SkillsMandatory (MUST)- Good communication, computer and English skills are required
