Application - Digital Marketing

Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

- Closely work with subgroup sales and marketing departments to plan
and deliver digital marketing solutions aligning with the subgroup
marketing strategies.
- Know what Bayer sales and marketing focuses and major activities are.
Come up with effective digital marketing solutions with convincible
business case (return of investment) that business can buy in.
- Be expert in digital marketing methodologies and solutions and
actively introduce the integrated solutions to business.
- Be expert in internal application systems and come up with digital
marketing solutions integrated with internal application systems or
data.
- Maintain digital marketing community in Bayer China and lead to
discuss ideas, trends and solutions.
- Manage application project by following project management working
instruction and deliver result with end-to-end success.
- Ensure runtime support for the go-live applications by transferring
knowledge and support services from project team to IT application-run
team and respective business team(s).
- Be flexible and efficient in collaborating with other application COE
functions and demand managers to deliver one-team solution.

- University graduate or comparable education
- More than 10-year professional business experience
- More than 5-year experience in IT system design, development,
implementation and support.
- More than 2-year experience in marketing activities in healthcare or
agrochemical industry.
- Solid project management skills
- International exposure, solid communication skills (presentation,
negotiation etc.) and English skills in (oral and writing)
- Core consultant skills (Professionalism, Analytics and Interpersonal
Relationship Building)
- Be initiative in acting on his own and work under pressure
- Experience in advertisement is preferred
