Overview of the Role
A planning supervisor will leave our team, so we need to find a new person to take place of the previous one.
We are looking forward for a planning supervisor who could work hard and base in Beijing office.
We are ideally looking for a Chinese and English speaker/writer, creative writing skills and a passion for all things in media planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist to complete the media strategy，competitor analysis/consumer analysis/case study parts should be complete independently.
2. Work independently on the daily report and execution work.
3. Communicate with customers to solve the basic problems such as regular data problem and so on.
KPI’s / Vision of success
1. KPI Delivery (forecast and delivery)
2. Increase in client satisfaction on all media planning related items
3. Internal process: Unit/Business Leaders Feedback
Competencies
1. With excellent character, dependable, work hard, enterprise and creativity, great studing ability, passion
2. Could thinking independently, have ability to solve the basic problems or create the solutions with team or client
3. 2-3 years 4A experience
4. FMCG experience
5. Good at all the softwares, just like ADP/Infosys/CMMS/iResearch,etc.
