咖啡师

工作职责：
成为整个集团未来咖啡馆业务的专职培训师；
对咖啡馆员工提供咖啡文化和日常运营方面的培训；
建立咖啡馆运营规范；
开发新的饮品食谱，推介咖啡文化；
策划特别的咖啡菜单和促销活动；
计划、组织并管理咖啡吧运营工作；
维持整洁动人的店面陈列；
确保咖啡和其他产品品质符合公司标准；
及时报告消费者反馈和投诉；
采购咖啡和相关物料；
为吧台和就餐区顾客提供轻食和小吃；
保持吧台、工作区和餐桌干净整洁；
接收服务员和顾客的订单；
清洁杯碟、用具和吧台设备；
收银，确保账款相符。

任职要求：
三年以上工作经验；
熟悉咖啡文化和本地咖啡市场；
熟悉咖啡馆日常运营；
高度的责任感、为人诚实；
工作勤奋，具备高度的团队合作精神和敬业精神；
具有良好的服务意识；
思路清晰，工作有计划性；
良好的英语对话能力；
遵循相关法律法规。

Barista
Duties and Responsibilities:
Become dedicated coffee trainer to the whole group.
Train café staff on coffee culture and daily operation.
Build standard procedure for café operation.
Create drink recipes and promote Coffee Colture.
Plan coffe special menus and promotions.
Plan, organize, and control the operations of a Coffee bar.
Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays and constantly keep them clean.
Make sure of the quality of the coffe drinks and others is matching the company standards.
Reporting eventual complaint or Issue
Order or requisition of coffe and related supplies.
Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar or if necessary directly at the customers table.
Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
Balance cash receipts. Collect money for drinks or food served.

Requirements:
3+ years experience
Familiar with coffee culture and local coffee market
Familiar with coffee shop operation
High sense of responsibility and integrity
Diligent, team-working and professional dedication
Good service awareness
With clear mind and organized in work
Good ability in English conversation
According to Chinese job laws
