职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Authorizing all valid claims and rejection of all invalid claims (always giving full explanations to all parties).
* Arranging the assessment of any components in question as and when necessary.
* Production of any analytical and statistical reports as and when required by management
* Ensuring that Daily, weekly and Monthly reports are accurate and produced on time
* Investigate and implement with the management team claims rules and automation to reduce human error and speed up process
* Ensuring the prompt payment of all duly authorized claims.
* Make note all conversations with customers/dealers on the computer.
To test latest UAT version IT developments and report back with any comments on current and latest versions.
* Investigate claims trends and identify higher risk areas proposing improved methods of repair, parts sourcing or other
* Overall control of day-to-day Claims Department procedures, including keeping the procedure manuals up to date and ensuring all processes follow the guidelines as laid down by insurers and reinsurers
* To oversee and monitor claims handling identifying trends and providing guidance on better claims control, managing claims team.
* Liaising with internal and external audits from any party.
* Work with participants to ensure that all parties are aware of the content and obligations under each program and insurers

Profile

This person ideally would have spent time on a workshop floor mechanically repairing vehicles for a number of different franchises so has a good knowledge of a number of makes and models, This person must have good computer skills and would benefit from the knowledge of excel, powerpoint, access and pivot tables to produce specific reports, The ideal candidate would be a time served technician who has moved onto the Service Advisor, Workshop controller, technical trainer or service manager, Must be fluent in written and spoken English any other languages would be an advantage. The person, must be fair, but firm and able to relate to a commercial environment.
