职位描述
Job Duties
Business Development will be in charge of:
? Create new opportunities of business on your own using different channels (Linkedin, Networking Events, Conferences) in accordance with the business development strategy
? Take care of new leads (direct calls, partner referrals, website enquiries), qualify the need and engage into the right sales process
? Ensure the sale process in relation with project management team and production team
o Create proposal PPT document
o Realize quotation in accordance with project management and production team
o Propose a planning
? You will be responsible for negotiating with the client.
? After sales is closed, organize a kick off meeting with project management team and production team to ensure the quality of project
? Follow up with the client and internally regarding the level of satisfaction of the client
? For existing clients your goal will be to up-sale and cross-sale ensuring more retainer for the account and a growth in annual revenue
? Ensure a proper reporting of the whole sales process using our CRM tool
? In charge of business development, building up and maintaining good relationships with key Accounts
? Collect market information and prepare business plans, according to company’s management requirements and through close cooperation with other teams
? Responsible for negotiating with the client, signing the contract and getting orders, achieving company’s requirements and targets.
Job Qualifications
We require our Business Development to have the following qualifications:
? At least 2+ years of successful Business Development/Marketing experience in ecommerce international environment,
? Digital knowledge
? Full proficiency in English
? Chinese language is a plus but not mandatory
? Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
? Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
? Have strong experience in engaging new clients /partners
? Highly detail-oriented, strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
Job Conditions
? Position: Full time
? Availability: From now on, within one month
? Job location: Beijing, China
? Salary: Depends upon experience
? Benefits: 14-day annual leave & social security/working visa
